ROYAL REVIVAL Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://royalrevival.co.za/. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Currently, we ship DOOR to DOOR for your convenience within South Africa. Standard shipping cost by MDS Collivery (Pty) Ltd for all orders nationwide. MDS do make use of sub-contractors in some areas, based on their business model. Kindly note to choose your suburb correctly from the drop-down list provided when checking out.
Kindly note: Three attempts are the maximum number of times MDS will arrive at your designated delivery address. A SMS and E-mail notification is in place. While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided to you, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
For PARGO Deliveries:
Pargo has introduced a new, convenient parcel delivery service for South Africans. They have established a network of pickup points in popular stores, allowing customers to order online and collect their purchases at a store near their home or office at their convenience. Customers can choose their preferred pickup point by clicking on a map. Once the parcel is on route, delivery notifications are sent via email and SMS. Delivery can take up to three business days from the day that Pargo collects your parcel. Add two days for delivery to outlying areas. For lost parcels, please refer to your SMS for a new PARGO Code. Customers have 8 days to collect their order. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender. The cost for PARGO Deliveries is from R63 and ships up to 15KG parcels to a locker.
Order changes.
Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified.
Item not received.
If the problems persist kindly write us at info@royalrevival.co.za and we’ll try our best to help and resolve the issue at our earliest. You can visit the Return & Refund page to understand the procedure in case of orders that are declared lost or damaged.
Value Add – Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, SMS once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is active until receipt of the parcel. Within the email, is a link to follow the exact tracing of your parcel.
